Phased
Construction Inspections
The building
of a new home is a very stressful process. The lack of attention
to details, scheduling conflicts, delays in construction, failed
inspections and poor quality control is common in todays home
building industry. While the typical consumer may think the local
building department is inspecting these areas during the construction
process, the truth is, they are not.

can help protect you and/or your client during these difficult times
by performing New Construction Inspections (commonly referred to
as Phased Inspections) on your clients new home. We are a

done if not completed already.

prior to insulation being installed.
-

-

be permanently on. At this time we will visually inspect the
following items Roof; Electrical; Structural; Appliances; Attic;
